ELECTRONIC ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS
Permark Art department consists of a network of Mac and Windows/PC computers utilizing the latest versions of the following software programs. Corel Draw, Illustrator (Adobe) and Photoshop (Adobe). To ensure that you receive a high quality imprint that is both accurate and economical, please provide your artwork file as follows:
1) VECTOR art is required in .ai, .eps or .cdr formats for all of our products with the exception of our Digital Full Colour badges, Security badges and Membership cards which can use RASTER files (ie: .jpg / .bmp / .tif) but MUST HAVE a resolution of at least 300 dpi to reproduce a clean image imprint. Otherwise, vector art must be provided.
2) ALL TEXT must be converted to curves/outlines to prevent any font substitutions during the download of your files.
3) PDF file of your artwork in colour is suggested to ensure the images sent matches your emailed art. If your artwork is not received in the above format, art charges may be applicable.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Acknowledgements: Orders will be acknowledged.
Artwork: We require vector artwork. See .... Electronic Artwork above.
Cancellations: Orders cancelled during production will be charged for the work completed at the time of cancellation.
Credit Approval: Supply the names, phone numbers and fax numbers of three trade references and your bank. Allow three weeks for processing. Pending credit approval, orders are shipped prepaid.
Custom Imprint Colours:
- Hot Stamping (Spot Colours) - due to the hot stamping process, we are unable to match exact custom colours. We will endeavour to match colours as closely as possible at no extra charge. Bright metallic colours are available
- Screen Printing (Spot Colours) - if a colour is not listed as one of our standard Screen Printing colours, we can PMS colour match at $50.00 (E). Note, this is a one-time charge. The charge does not apply on repeat orders. Matte metallic colours are available.
- Digital Printing (CMYK colours) - colours will print the same as art file supplied. Exact PMS colour matches are not guaranteed. Matte metallic colours are available.
Custom Molded Plastic Colours: For standard material colours not indicated as available for the shape selected, an extra charge would apply. For custom colour matches ... prices on request. Note: Window Badges molded in white only.
Drop Shipments: Provided at no extra charge. Please provide shipping labels.

Guarantee: Permark guarantees all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and will promptly replace any defective items.
NEW! In-Between Quantities: NEW Between pricing available on products with "between" symbol shown on price list.
Over-Runs and Under-Runs: Orders are considered complete with 5% over or under-run.
Packaging: Badges and nameplates are packaged 50 per sealed poly bag. Special packaging ... price and production time on request.
Phone Orders: Phone orders are accepted for exact repeat order and stock products.
Prices: Effective February 1st, 2015. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Production Times: Various production times occur. Please see prices for each product to check production times.
Proofs: Paper proofs are provided at no charge. Product proofs are available for a fee. Prototype charge $76.00 (G).
Personalized Proofs: We will provide a paper proof with names at no charge for up to 10 pieces. Larger quantities available for a fee.

Repeat Orders: Previous invoice number and order date are required.
Returns: All claims for replacements, shortages, etc. must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returns accepted without prior authorization. Stock products are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. Custom products cannot be returned.
Rush Orders: Less than standard production times are often possible ... must be authorized by Permark.
Sample of Order: A sample of all new orders is mailed to you at no charge once order is completed.
Shipping: We will ship as specified on your order or via the best way. Shipping charges are added to your invoice. 3rd Party shipping charge $1.50 NET per shipment.
